Registration Newton Music Academy Home

Newton Music Academy will make every effort to place each student with an appropriate instructor or class. Since spots are limited, we cannot guarantee the spot of your request. We suggest registering as early as possible.

For New Students

    How to Register:

  1. Email or call the office at 617-630-0952 to discuss availability or to schedule audition to determine appropriate placement
  2. Read the school Policy and make sure you understand it.
  3. Print out registration form online: The office will recommend the appropriate form for your classes.
  4. Payment must include the non-refundable annual registration fee and the tuition. Payment plan option is available.
  5. Send the completed form and payment to:

  7. Lessons during Holidays and Vacations: Refer to Academic Calendar online for detailed information.
  8. PRIVATE LESSONS will Continue Uninterrupted through ALL public holidays and vacations unless cancelled by the student on time (refer to Academic Calendar for Private lessons about how to cancel).
For Current & Returning Students

Priority Registration is offered for current & returning private lesson students who would like to keep the same time/teacher, or would like to change their time/teacher for the next semester.

Teachers will not be able to set aside time slots for current students after the Priority Registration Deadline.

  • Private Instruction Priority Registration
    To hold your lesson time with the current instructor, pay the non-refundable annual registration fee and full session tuition or see our payment plan option. Any previous balance MUST be paid in full to register.
  • Ensemble and Group Programs Priority Registration
    Semester tuition is due in full along with the annual registration fee.
